Websites are packaged and priced up front — either $175/mo with nothing down (a 12-month plan that bundles the build, hosting, and support), or a one-time build from $4,000 plus $25/mo hosting (with an optional $100/mo care plan for hands-off edits). Automation, chatbots, and custom software are quoted after a quick call, since every workflow is different. Either way it's a fixed price agreed before any work starts — no hourly meter, no surprise bills. Bigger automation projects usually begin with a low-cost audit so you see the expected payback before you commit to a build.
How long does it take?
Most automations ship in a few weeks, not months. I'll give you a timeline with the plan, up front.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I build to the same security standards I use for Fortune 500 work, and I'm happy to sign an NDA — or a HIPAA BAA if you handle protected health information.
What if something breaks later? Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes — two ways, both optional and month-to-month with no lock-in. Websites come with a $100/mo care plan that covers hosting, security, updates, and unlimited small edits — you email, I handle it. Automations and software can include a monthly plan that keeps the system running, monitored, and adjusted as your needs change. I hand everything off working either way; the plan just means you never have to think about keeping it that way.
Where does everything run — and who owns it?
For most small businesses I host and run everything for you, so it's one predictable monthly bill with nothing to manage on your end. If you'd rather own your own cloud account — common for larger or regulated businesses that want their data in-house — I'll build and operate it inside your account instead, and your infrastructure bill stays separate from my fee. Do you only do AI?
